Morning: The ultimate cab ride

Afternoon: Lava Tour on horseback

Evening: Poetry on a plate
Located in the 18th Century home of Iceland’s most famous poet, Einar Ben, the restaurant that bears his name now puts poetry on a plate. Using only the finest ingredients from Iceland’s waters and mountains, you could be lucky enough to sample delicacies such as reindeer with wild game sauce, smoked lamb with red cabbage and herring marinated in lime.
